I got scratch free gua sha this time😍.. Very good response from plum in solving the damaged gua sha issue.. But Pls make sure to avoid like these troubles in future
Thanks for solving issue regarding damaged gua sha. Plum has taken back its damaged product . And gave me new gua sha which is very nice .I am very much satisfied with this.
I have been a big fan of all the plum products and never faced any challenges ever for any of the products but this time the product received has scratches on it and also broken on the edges because of which the product is of no use to me. Agree it was a freebie but you cannot give a damaged product to customer. Very much dissatisfied:( never expected this from PLUM

I thought i was the only who got damaged product on sale..., when i have gone through reviews i got to know about their trick. I purchased products just to try gua sha .... I received one which has scratches on it....one edge of it has damage on it and not smooth. I request not to repeat this again !

I received a broken gua sha which is possible for a stone to break during delivery but after reaching you , you helped me and now i have a gua sha which is wonderful and also stored it in a way.
