What's in

Gently wring out excess water from shampooed hair. Take the required amount of conditioner and apply to the ends of your hair (not the scalp). Try and apply to as many individual strands as possible. Leave on for a couple of minutes (the longer the better) and rinse off with water. Gently pat dry with a towel.
Important: If you are used to sulphates & silicones in your hair product, it could take a few washes with sulphate-free & silicone-free formulas for your hair to settle down to the new (friendlier) regime.
