Terms and Conditions for the 10th B’day Contest

eligibility :

To be eligible for the contest, your total order amount from  4th July to 9th July must exceed

• ₹1999 for Dyson Airwrap
• ₹1599 for Boat Airdopes Joy
• ₹1199 for the Sleepy Owl Instant Coffee Assorted Pack of 96

winner selection and announcement:

• Winners will be selected at random based on their eligibility, and basis their purchases made until the previous day
• Daily winners will be announced on our official social media pages as well as through WhatsApp and/or email.
• If winners cancel their orders, the prizes the win will also stand cancelled
• Tip: Make a purchase on the Plum app for an extra chance to win.

Prize Dispatch:

• Prizes will be dispatched only after the cancellation and return window for the qualifying order is closed.
• Prize dispatch will occur only after the order is delivered or after July 20th, 2024, whichever is later.

Order and Return Policy:

• Once you are announced as a winner, your order becomes ineligible for returns. 
• Only exchanges/replacements are allowed as per our policy. 

Entering the Contest:

• Entry into the contest is automatic. Simply purchase items above the specified order value across one or multiple orders to participate 
• Contest is open on plumgoodness.com and Plum app from July 4th to July 9th 2024. 
• Additional Dyson Airwrap giveaways are available on July 3rd and 10th for app purchases only. No BoAt or Sleepy Owl prizes are available for these dates. 

General Conditions:

• The contest is open to residents of India only. 
• By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
• The decisions of the contest organizers are final and binding in all respects. 
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. 
• The contest organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 
• Employees of the organizing company and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the contest. 
• Any disputes arising out of this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra.

• Personal data collected during the contest will be used in accordance with our privacy policy. 
• By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of administering the contest and awarding prizes.
