SHIPPING

Your order usually will ship within 24-48 hours. In rare circumstances, we may take a little longer to ship your order. The usual transit time is a maximum of 3 to 4 days but it can get shorter or longer depending on transit conditions.

On the Plum Goodness app: Go to “my profile” > Click on “my orders” > Select “track order option”
On WhatsApp: Send a “Hi” on WhatsApp to +91-750-649-6604 > Select “Order query” > Select “Track my order”
In case of any delay, we will keep you informed.

Note: All our prepaid orders are OTP-verified deliveries. We request you not to share the OTP with the delivery agent unless you receive the order.

Your privacy is important to us. We strictly follow guidelines which govern the information we receive. Rest assured, our customer is our #1 priority.
Cancellation

Your order can be cancelled if it hasn’t been shipped yet. The order can be cancelled through the Plum Goodness website, the the Plum Goodness app or WhatsApp.

On the the Plum Goodness website – Click on the menu bar (the 3 lines on the top left corner) > Click on “help” > Click on “cancel order”​.
On the the Plum Goodness app – Go to “my profile” > Click on “my orders” > Select the” cancel order” option .
On WhatsApp – Say “Hi” and send it to +91-750-649-6604 > Select “Cancel order”​. Once the order is cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS.

Once a cancellation request has been accepted, money will be refunded to the source of payment, within 3-5 business days. To confirm the refund status, we request you to check your bank statement/source of payment.

Note: The order cannot be cancelled once it’s dispatched. However, you can deny the Plum order once it reaches your doorstep. Once we receive the order, the refund for pre-paid orders will be initiated.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

While we take care to craft each Plum product with care and precision for your delight, sometimes replacing or returning a product might be inevitable.

In such cases, we believe in providing you with a transparent and hassle-free return experience for all products purchased through our website and app.

Please feel free to raise an exchange or return request if:

  • You receive an incorrect product
  • You receive a damaged, tampered with, or leaking product (on arrival)
  • The item(s) is(are) missing from your order
  • There are issues with the quality or quantity of products

To do so, simply reach out to us via either of the following options:

Online Request Portal:

Click here to raise your request on our effortless exchange & return portal. Please ensure you upload images of the damaged/missing items as proof.

  • For Exchanges: Once the images are reviewed, we’ll process a replacement for the same item.
  • For Returns: Once the images are reviewed, we’ll issue a coupon equivalent to the product's MRP.
WhatsApp Assistance:

Simply send a “Hi” on WhatsApp to +91-750-649-6604 and follow these steps:

  • From the menu, select “Order related query.”
  • Choose the option from: Missed product / Damaged product / Incorrect product / Quality issues / Quantity issues to proceed.
  • Proceed to our effortless exchange & return portal via the link in the message.

If you would like to connect with our customer care, please select “No” under “Is your query resolved?”.

Our Customer Delight Team will address your query within 24 hours. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve your concerns.

Please note that we will be unable to help with returns or exchanges, under the following circumstances:
  • a) If the product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
  • b) If the product is used or altered by the user.
  • c) If the product is returned without/damaged original packaging including price tags, labels.
  • d) Products purchased in ₹99/199 sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds
You can receive a refund only in case of a cancellation . Once the cancellation request has been accepted, the money will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
​ Once the refund is initiated you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS. We also request you to check your bank statement for refund details.

Product Issues After Use
At Plum Goodness , we believe in delighting our customers through its products. But even then, if, for any reason, a plum doesn't suit you or if you find yourself unsatisfied with the results within 7 days of use, you can let us know.

In these rare instances of product issues, our team will promptly connect you with a Beauty Consultant within 24 hours to better understand the concern. In fact, if needed, they'll recommend a product better suited to help you achieve your desired goals.
After the consultation, we're happy to offer you these options:
    (i) A substitute product that addresses your concern
    (ii) Alternatively, you can opt for a coupon code valued at the product price paid, usable exclusively on the Plum Goodness website/the Plum Goodness app (not applicable on other websites/apps). The validity of this coupon code will be for 60 days.
