T&C for moments of chemistry contest:

  1. ORGANIZER

    This contest (“Contest”) is organized by Plum Goodness (“Organizer”), the official Skincare Partner of Mumbai Indians for the IPL season.

    ELIGIBILITY

    The Contest is open to residents of India aged 18 years and above at the time of participation. Participants below 18 must have parental/guardian consent. Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.

    CONTEST PERIOD

    The Contest is valid for all Mumbai Indians (MI) matches during the applicable IPL season.For each match, entries open at match start time and close 24 hours after the official end of that match. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be considered.

    HOW To PARTICIPATE

    To enter:

    a) Capture or screenshot a moment during an MI match that reflects a “#PlumMomentsOfChemistry.”
    b) Upload the image/video on Instagram (Story or Feed) tagging @plumgoodness and using the hashtag #PlumMomentsOfChemistry; OR
    c) Send the entry via Instagram DM to @plumgoodness.
    d) Follow @plumgoodness at the time of winner selection and prize distribution.

    Entries without the hashtag and tag may be deemed invalid.

    ENTRY GUIDELINES

    Content must be original and created by the participant. Entries must not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.

    No obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, violent, misleading, or unlawful content will be accepted. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply.

    WINNER SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT

    Up to sixty (60) winners will be selected per MI match day at the Organizer’s sole discretion based on creativity, relevance to theme, and originality.

    Winners will be announced within 48 hours after match entry closure via Instagram.

    The Organizer’s decision is final and binding.

    PRIZES

    Prizes may include but are not limited to:

    • Signed cricket merchandise
    • Skincare goodie bags
    • Limited-edition branded products
    • Tickets to an upcoming MI match at Wankhede Stadium

    Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Exact prize details may vary per match.

    Offer applicable only UNTIL LIMITED STOCKS LAST.

    MATCH TICKETS CLAUSE

    Match tickets (if applicable) are subject to stadium policies, availability, and IPL scheduling. Travel, accommodation, and other incidental expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.

    HOW TO PICK UP TICKETS

    If you’ve won a ticket prize, you can collect it from our Plum HQs office in Thane, Mumbai. Here’s the address: Pureplay Sciences, 1st Floor, Lodha, I Think Techno Campus, A' Wing, Chirak Nagar, Thane West, Thane, Maharashtra 400601. 

    RIGHTS GRANTED BY PARTICIPANTS

    By participating, the participant grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to repost, share, publish, edit, adapt, and use the submitted content across digital, social, print, and promotional platforms with due credit, without additional compensation.

    PUBLICITY CONSENT

    Winners agree to allow the Organizer to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

    VERIFICATION

    Winners may be required to submit valid identity proof and contact details for prize fulfillment. Failure to respond within 48 hours of contact may result in forfeiture.

    Disqualification

    Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found:

    Using bots, fake accounts, or fraudulent means
    Violating Instagram guidelines
    Breaching these Terms & Conditions

    PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

    This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, IPL, BCCI, or Mumbai Indians.

    FORCE MAJEURE

    Organizers shall not be liable for any delay or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances including match rescheduling, technical failures, regulatory restrictions, or force majeure events.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    Organizer shall not be responsible for:

    Technical issues preventing entry submission
    Lost, delayed, or incomplete entries
    Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize use

    MODIFICATION & TERMINATIO

    The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice if required due to legal, technical, or operational reasons.

    GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

    All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
