Got allergic reaction

I got an allergic reaction after using the conditioner. As in, when the wet hair after using conditioner touches my face that part became red and got swelling when I tried to raise a complaint they said they cannot do anything since I used the product after 7 days of delivery

The quality team check the same batch counter sample of product and confirmed that there is no issue Hibiscus conditioner and the product is completely safe to use. As the conditioner is not suitable then we would request you to stop using it.
Also as per company's suitability policy if there is any issue with the product then the customer should get back to us within 7 days of product delivery date as it is quite goodtime to confirm the product suitability.
