Plum E-Gift Cards are valid only on plumgoodness.com.
E-Gift Cards are available in denominations of ₹500, ₹1,000, and ₹2,000.
The E-Gift Card will be delivered to the recipient's email address within 24 hours of successful payment.
Only prepaid orders are eligible for E-Gift Card delivery.
E-Gift Cards cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or converted into cash, either in full or in part.
E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another E-Gift Card.
The card can be redeemed against any eligible products available on plumgoodness.com, unless otherwise specified.
The E-Gift Card balance can be used in one or multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted or the card expires.
If the order value exceeds the available E-Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using any other available payment method.
If the order value is lower than the E-Gift Card balance, the remaining balance will stay on the card and can be used for future purchases during the validity period.
Unless otherwise communicated, E-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Lost, deleted, or accidentally shared E-Gift Cards will not be replaced or reissued.
The customer is responsible for entering the recipient's email address correctly. Plum is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email details provided during purchase.
Customers should check their Spam/Junk/Promotions folders if they do not receive the E-Gift Card within 24 hours.
E-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded with additional value.
Multiple E-Gift Cards may be redeemed in a single order, subject to website functionality.
E-Gift Cards may be used in combination with other eligible payment methods.
The applicability of coupon codes, promotional offers, loyalty rewards, Plum Cash, freebies, or discounts on purchases made using an E-Gift Card will be governed by the terms of the respective promotion.
Purchases made using an E-Gift Card are eligible for returns and refunds as per Plum's Return & Refund Policy. Any eligible refund will be processed back to the original E-Gift Card or as per Plum's prevailing refund policy.
E-Gift Cards are non-transferable after redemption and cannot be resold for commercial purposes.
Plum reserves the right to cancel or refuse any E-Gift Card obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
