request a replacement
if your product is damaged or defective, our team will verify your claim and ship a replacement. if the product doesn’t suit you, we’ll credit the refund amount as charms in your Plum Plus wallet.
please note: our team will get in touch with you to validate your claim. resolution may take up to 72 hours from the date of submission.
