We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is notified from time to time. We also offer Cash-On-Delivery to many locations at no additional charge. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.

Orders placed before 3PM are shipped same day, and orders received after 3PM are shipped next working day. In rare cases, we may take a little longer to ship your order. In case of any delay we will keep you informed.

We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Transit time to locations depends on courier loads, local conditions and a variety of other factors, although we estimate a 2-4 day transit time in most cases.

While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. Product must be returned within 7 days of receipt. We only accept returns where less than 1/3rd of the product has been used, and with the original packing materials, so that return transit is safe for our delivery partners. Return policy does not apply to free gifts and promotional merchandise. We reserve the right to not honour return requests that we determine to be fraudulent/malafide and the decision of Plum in this regard will be final. Lastly, this return policy is only valid for products purchased directly from plumgoodness.com

One of our product advisors will call you to understand the issue better and provide you instructions on shipping the product back to us.
