Though I have reached with an evidence customer support denied and I herby I felt not to buy any of the Plum's products for me and our family

We would like to bring to your notice that we had received the same complaint over mail regarding Old manufacturing product is delivered and we had explained to you over mail the facewash images you have shared over mail (hello@plumgoodness.com) is of 120 ml, but your order includes 150 ml of Green Tea Pore-Cleaning Face Wash. Currently, we don't have any stock of 120 ml face wash.
Also, the image of the conditioner that you shared is from an old batch. We have cross-checked with our warehouse, and they have confirmed that we don't have any stock for this batch. So due to which we haven't proceed with return or replacement.
