    Almost unusable due to smell

    I have used this product before and it was fine. But recent order of a twin pack has a horrible smell that seems like stale oil. I haven't been able to use it. I tried contacting the company but it's so opaque I'm not being able to. It's not possible to return the order so this order is wasted for me.
