oil from grape seeds has twice as much vitamin e as olive oil. and vitamin e is a great antioxidant for your skin, helpful in preventing sun damage. besides grape seed oil is also rich in other vitamins and beta carotenes, stuff that keeps the skin young-looking. btw, grape seed oil is also great for cooking!
sea buckthorn oil
helps heal micro-level skin damage from exposure to the elements. with over 190 phyto-nutrients, sea buckthorn oil is called “life oil” by the tibetans who regard it as a powerful wonder oil for internal and external use.
