Defective product no response from the company

Pathetic customer care service. My complaint regarding defective product was ignored and not addressed. Despite trying all to reach customer care through all sources mentioned on the application no response to my issue was addressed. A brand with very good products but pathetic customer care service. Just know how to sell the product don’t know how to address customer issue related to defective products. You guys can’t address complaint regarding defective products but since it’s 18 days product being delivered to customer you guys want a review. I loved the brand and have been using it for last three years almost tried their entire body care n makeup products but with this type of customer care service I would now never think of making a purchase of any products from the brand. A 10 years old brand who cannot have a proper customer care service then i think you guys have not done anything as a brand.
