I placed an order on July 6th and received the package on July 14th which was not infact collected by me as I was out of town and I opened it upon reaching home today on July 20, but to my dismay, I discovered that several items I had ordered were missing from the shipment.
The order number for reference is 1804631, and it included the following items:

However, upon opening the package, I only found 4 products , while Product 2 - Nudes You Need Combo was not included in the delivery. I have checked the packaging thoroughly, and there was no indication that the missing items would be shipped separately.
One o the lipstick shade is missing and your not responding to my request at all
Firstly, I received only 2 of the combo. I did not receivde Truffle shade. But the other two shades do not suit me. I guess the browns would have been a better choice.
