Poor service and doesn't care about customers issue

I ordered this eyeshadow pencil and it came broken. The applicator was inside the cap and couldn’t be used anymore, I asked for a refund since I was returning back to Germany and a replacement wouldn’t work for me. They simply said they cant assist me with this since the deadline for return was 3 days after delivery. My issue was genuine and they still dint care to keep a valuable customer. Hats off to your poor service!!!!
