# What is Plum Rewards?
This is another way for us to say "thank you". You’ll earn Plum points for activities on plumgoodness.com, like purchases and referrals. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect, the more you save.
# Who can join?
Anyone with an account on plumgoodness.com is automatically enrolled. Don't have an account? Click here. PS: It also helps you save on typing out your address each time!
# How do I view my point balance?
Your point balance is on every page in the bottom left of the page (see sample screenshot). Remember you have to be signed in to your account to view your points balance. Simply click on the bar to gain instant access to manage your points. It's that simple.
# How do I earn points?
You automatically earn points for every purchase, every friend referral, and for opening an account (new customers only). You earn 1 Plum point on every 1 Rupee you spend on plumgoodness.com. To see all the ways you can earn points, click the *Earn Points* tab in the menu.
PS: Our existing customers who have accounts with us will soon receive a one-time coupon from us, to compensate them for not being able to earn points for opening an account. That's being fair, isn't it?
# How do I redeem my points?
Quite simple. For every 10 points, you can redeem 1 rupee as a gift voucher. So think of it as a 10% cash back! Select the tab called *Redeem Points* from your Plum Rewards console. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward voucher instantly, which you can use for your purchase online.
# How do I refer my friends?
1. Log in to your account
2. Click on the "Plum Rewards" floating bar
3. Click on "Refer Friends" and choose to share on Email, Facebook or Twitter!
Your friend(s) will get a 10% voucher automatically, and when they do make their first purchase, you get thank you reward points as well!
# Is there a limit to the number of Plum points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
# Do Plum points expire?
Yes. If you don't earn or spend any points in 12 months they'll expire.
