Gels are superr cool!

Oky soo talking about shower gels.... They feel amazing.... But only thing I'm disappointed about is the packing.... I ordered this combo pack with a gift box too.... N whn i opened it... Firstly there was no pouch... Which was shown
. Now coming to the packing point.... I have never evr expected plum packing to b this worst.... The yellow shower gel bottle pump was opened as if someone has used nd send me... Another thing it was leaked... Half of the bottle leaked as well... Reult is my gift box which was another item ordered was ruined...nd then i have to wash all the bottles nd the box became completely useless....evn it can't be properly cleaned....i wished that i should have ordered it from nykaa rather than from your official site atleast they have an amazing paking!If u re packing nd delivering it to your customers...its a humble request to improve the sealing type of bottles.. Nd do send complete things what's shown over here....I'm highly disappointed by this!... Hope u will consider this nd improve the packing quality!
