how to use
Brow Definer:
1) Brush eyebrow hair upward with the spoolie end and use the fine tip of the pencil to outline the bottom of the eyebrow.
2) Brush eyebrow hair downward with the spoolie and use the fine tip of the pencil to outline the top of the eyebrow. 3) Brush hair back in place. With the flat side of the oval precision tip, fill in the brow arch to tail and blend with spoolie to spread evenly.
