I got allergic reaction

I got severe reaction with this,I’ve approached the plum team and when i shared my concern including my face pictures with them they asked me the all the medical prescription and i sent them my prescription ,including medication pictures.,the agent said that its not possible to refund the amount then why the hell they asked me to provide all that, and l lastly she said as a good will she promised to refund the amount , till now i didn’t received. Every time i sent the e-mail they come up with excuses and asked me back statements ,i sent the entire april month statements. Useless customer service.never gonna recommend to anyone
