2) Brush eyebrow hair downward with the spoolie and use the fine tip of the pencil to outline the top of the eyebrow. 3) Brush hair back in place. With the flat side of the oval precision tip, fill in the brow arch to tail and blend with spoolie to spread evenly.

I have previously used their kohl, I ordered thinking this would be nice as well, but it is not. Not at all pigmented. Does not get applied. Waste of money.
